1. Service Nature
Our consultations are personalized, knowledge-based services. Once a consultation session is booked and confirmed, our astrologer blocks dedicated time for your session and begins preparing for your analysis.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to slot availability.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refunds
- No refund will be provided once the consultation call is completed.
- If the astrologer is unable to conduct the session for any reason, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Technical Failures
In case of genuine technical issues (platform downtime, payment failure, etc.), please contact us immediately. Refunds in such cases will be processed after verification.
